Like with Tiny Huge Island for example, does going down the warp pipes send you to a different map that's linked to the one you were on, or does it just transport you to a different island that's in the same file, but just out of sight from the original island?

@StarsAndStraps909 This is a Tool Assisted Speedrun. Such run is made with an emulator, recording in slow motion (Frame advance) while using save states and rerecording.

That's how he can make everything so precise, if he fails a jump he'll just load a save state and try again.

The fastest 100% run on console is about 1 hour and 49 minutes.
