@TheSmoonge Did they? Were you there? These things are symbolic - they are not meant to be taken literally. Psycho analysis can cure most of these poor souls far more effectively, and permanently. This kind of thing feed their paranoia. The teachings of Christ should not be used to promote superstition or feed ignorance. It is disgraceful.

The bible clearly states in Ephesians 6:12, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." How can you talk about winning faith when you don't even know the bible or doubt it's validity? Talk about blasphemous.

@TheSmoonge The Bible also tells us to be obedient to kings no matter how tyrannical. The Bible says many (MANY) things that contradict. You must be very careful of falling into the trap of your own ego - i.e. selecting what YOU consider to be true, and ignoring the parts that other cultures and creeds hold dear. By your writing style, I can already detect that violent arrogance of opinion that sparks wars, terrors, and unspeakable evils.

@akrifasouth Ah yes, you are referring to Romans 13:1, where it says, "Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God." You bring up a good point, but the mis-translation in other versions of the bible other than the King James got it wrong. They thought it meant "governing authorities", when that's not what the KJV said at all. That passage wasn't talking about governments of the world, but of authority.

to God, that if he was really there..to please let it be known, and i received knowledge that made sense to me the agnostic..now i have faith..mayb its just me, im still confused but..elightend
