the way it was geared was to put a smaller gear on the tranny and a larger gear off the engine, at the moment both gears were 3 1/2"

thats not "souped" up at all. it is straight piped and just a chassis, seems to have a foot throttle. i can cat walk my lawnmower and its fully stock with the deck on. and i dont have to do all that lol.

it actually is, it has a bigger carb, no foot throttle, different piston, different pulleys, thicker head gasket, different belt, it is only 13 hp stock.

lol i'm the rider and yeah no foot throttle in this video. yeah that is a clutch. The engine has been rejetted, port and polished, shaved the block for more compression to run 110 octane, spoiled rearend, and some work to the valves. lol, I'd be really impressed to see your stock lawnmower do that.
