Not a big fan of the newer stuff, but Maiden are still great live. There's no way a fan can go to these shows and not have fun. They still play the newer stuff with a ton of energy. Up the IRONS \m/

It's called indoctrination! my nephew now listens to nothing BUT maiden. he just turned 18, wears maiden gear every day, just started playing guitar this past 2 years and is able to play maiden now. I play also (cool uncle who plays guitar), teaching him the maiden. spent 5-6 hours learning new songs.. revelations, evil that men do, etc. the Next Generation Maiden Fan!!! hope the band keeps putting out new material and new tours! Up The Irons \m/ from Massachusetts!

Does anyone know why Adrian changes the opening riff on Wickerman on this tour? He usually sticks pretty close to album version in his playing so this seems odd to me.

@mjm8686 He said in an interview a while ago that he doesn't really listen back to albums maiden have recorded, so maybe he just misremembered the timing of the riff slightly (bearing in mind the album was made 11 years ago, and it hasn't been played live for a while), or perhaps he prefers the new timing of it... It sounds awesome anyway :P

Awesome band, awesome show, awesome editing... Saw them in Bergen 2010 inside an fortress, and in Oslo this summer, just mindblowing... Can't wait for the next show, whenever that is.

@ rockguitar2012: I was also dying to hear Paschendale when I hear that it were in the setlist, but DoD ain't a bad replacement anyhow.

Thanks for uploading :) I was dying for them to play Paschendale at the NIA in Birmingham, but they played Dance of Death instead (still an epic song, but Paschendale's unbeatable in my opinion!)
