It depends on the contract. So far Tyssenkrupp has won the contract here for the past several years due to they have a local office. However, we do have the few Schindler's and Otis's that won the contracts in their respective years. I have three buildings with 4 new elevators coming up. One building has the shaft for a two bank elevator but still there is no equipment to figure out who has the contract.
Yes, that's because ThyssenKrupp elevators are reliable, but affordable. And it's interesting how Otis & Schindler have worked on some elevators many years ago.
Haven't rode this elevator near as much as some of the others on campus. The ride was a typical Craft if I can remember.
