I think its funny how you all think being a good sniper means that you have to "quickscope" thats totally wrong, I mean come on its a sniper rifle, they are made to hit people from a distance by scoping in and lining up the shot or as you all call it "hardscoping". Sure quickscoping is great for CQC (or moving from one spot to another if your a camping sniper, meaning get a kill or two and then move). But snipers are made for long distances you dont always need to quick scope people.

@StickRunHackz In MW2 Sleight of Hand Pro was required to quick scope. In MW3 it is not required unless you want to reload faster/switch weapons faster. It should be up to the person who is playing to decide if they really need that ability or not. As for your other perks those are definitely the ones I recommend. Quick Draw and Marksman.
