  • What kind of torx set is that? I've been looking for something like that.

  • The color of the paracord isn't "acu-grey" it's ACU Gray. The ACU stands for Army Combat Uniform and and the cord is just the same shade of grey they use in the ACU camo pattern. just an fyi

  • Your missing condoms bro. Always be prepared!

  • @ricosuaveG Honestly, I think it's more likely that he will need all of the stuff he carries with him in the same day than him getting laid.

  • i just got this bag, and was looking to see what everyone keeps in it, I have similar items in mine and I just realized, if for some reason a cop got a hold of a bag like this they would really have to question the intentions of a person carrying it... flashlights, gloves, pry bars, knives, lock pics, bazookas... kinda funny.

  • Good vid, just bought one in black, nice kit.

  • can hard candy go bad? if so is ther an estimation for how log they last?

  • Fuck you Jeff you fucking suck at life!!!!

  • @derekgrebner87 bit harsh ?

  • you need a solarpanel there for chargin your communication devices such as GPS, GSM, GPRS etc etc..urban enviroment requires electronics and most of them are free of charge along with your solarpanel! ;)

  • Mine has most of this, some condoms, a colt .25, ammo, soap and a solar recharger for my batteries.

  • hey jeff you still got this cause a update would be nice haha

  • is that little black box a tracker? Ive seen private investigators have those things and it looks like that

  • You should keep your cord properly coiled. Cordage cannot be use until they are untangled and the way it is packaged will get tangled when you use it. There are good video, here, showing how to do that so any length can be dispensed easily.

  • dont forget to carry a reliable firearm for protection

  • so you actually EDC all of this and the pack? like even at work? or is this like camping expedition day carry?

  • @Taud the items chnaged alot but the bag stays in ym car so wherever I am its close by I dont have it on me all the time though

  • @cutlerylover oh so this is yur vehicle kit, ahhh makes sense lol, i was jus sitting there thinking, "wow people must ask questions at work n stuff" but yeah, if i had a vehicle id have something similar im sure, right now i just EDC 3d maglite crkt bearclaw at university, its downtown campus, late night classes etc.... thanks for the reply though i enjoyed the vid, thanks for explaining BTW

  • Just gotta say: I absolutely dig all the Maxpedition stuff. I carry a Jumbo with me on a daily basis and I'm completely satisfied with it. It has room for anything you might ever need when on the move. I added a Maxpedition Barnacle, an M2 Waistpack, a triple mag holder (for attachment to the velcro part in the CCW pocket) and a Blackhawk single mag pouch (for my multi tool) to it . Whoever doesn't have one yet: get one or at least go check 'em out! Man purses FTW !

  • Get rid of the Ray-O-Vac batteries as they are the lowest end pieces of crap batteries. Also, dump the 2 C-cell LED Maglite and replace it will a smaller light to cut down significantly on weight.

  • I use a Maxped Colossus myself

  • No handgun?

  • is inova a good flashlight company? ive had my eye on one for a while SOMEONE PLZ REPLY

  • @Pwn3dify I don't know about Inova, but they seem a little overpriced to me. They may have some good stuff,, but a Fenix LD20 w/ a set of Energizer Lithiums does great, at least for me.

  • @EulenthalKruemel

Fenix LD20 is a very good choice, one of the best affordable 2 AA batterie flashlight out there in my opinion.

  • i don't know a ski mask gloves and a lock pick hmmm

  • lol in the begining it sounded like you sad hello colalover here hehe great video

  • where did you get that white plastic case for those 4 AA batteries?

  • @20GATE91

Search for "AA Battery Case" in Amazon or Ebay

  • @metacrow

Yea, because in industralized countrys we never have power outages, stuff we want to open, or people killing other people....

  • Mr. Rambo. :P

  • I am constantly putting together different bags like this, i just wanted to share some ideas like e-blanket(s), poncho(s), sunscreen, pepperspray, talc/footpowder, wire, zippo, lighter fluid. I am a knife guy also and I try to keep it limited to a fixed blade for tough stuff (like prying) a multi tool (good file a must) and an x-acto. I could justify the addition of a folding buck saw, machete, serrated rescue knife etc.. but that mora will probably be the only knife you would ever need.GOODVID

  • 4:18 a hawk?

  • sounds like it, but no it was a sound effect of a door opening, on my aol instant messanger in the backround...lol

  • hey Jeff do yo u have a review on the kershaw shallot your reviews are th only ones that are useful and i liked to know the specs on my knife, John R.

  • what is that noise at 2:51

  • i think its his doorbell lol

  • @UltimateSurvivalist

    yea that may be right

  • its a clock

  • where dp u carry this? to the store? or like on trips?

  • That's a lot of batteries. If you're ever in a situation that you would end up using them all, you're missing some major necessities. Just my opinion of course.

  • @MenagerieRPG High powered flashlights can eat up a pair of AA batteries in 1hour.

  • Just got my Frost Cutlery Mora Clipper, out of your recommendation, if i could edc it i would

  • i just got my LEO jumbo had it for just a day now and love it not sure if i'll like the waist strap. but first impresions are sweet.

  • i mean sheeple think my khaki falcon 2 back is a combine killer bag ...soo i am looking for a less tactical looking bag?

orange color i like but ...i am sure ill get made fun of

  • cool bag but i was worried the guys would say it was a man purse?

  • IMO real men don't worry what "the guys would say".

I've carried bags like this for over a decade, in that time I've gotten maybe five comments about it being a "man purse". As soon as the commenter's realized I didn't give a sh!t what they thought they shut up.

Besides, what could be manlier than a bag that allows you to carry a full sized pistol? I carry an XD loaded with 14 rounds of 45ACP in mine.

  • @gasdorf it is lol

  • Hey dude I carry a bag kinda like that and my friends call it my man purse but im the only one who is prepared and i've taken care of the gashes they've got. so they dont say anything anymore. it's not that bad tho as long as it isn't too tactical

  • It is a man purse. What the hell is wrong about a man purse anyway? Or a woman-ruck?

Christ, you're talking as if that one shoulder strap less made your estrogen levels rise.

  • @aarrcchhoonntt ITS NOT A MAN PURSE ITS A SATCHEL ,, INDIANA JONES HAS 1

  • In case of zombie-apocalypse. You never know, right?

    Awesome vid, man. Thanks

  • is there anything that i can find around my house to sharpen a blade?

  • How much does that all weigh?

  • do you have a video on your camping pack?

  • testicles, spectacles, wallet and watch, works everytime.

  • Nice EDC - but seriously, get rid of the Maglight. You're probably like me - it's the light you grew up with. But it's just weighing you down. Surefire 6p - nothing fancy. Tt's the way to go.

  • Ordered on of these today, how is the pack holding up, is it still in use and going good?

Also, how heavy can it be before it gets aquard to carry?

By the way, nice video and lots of nice stuff!

  • i have seen like 40 vids from you and the thing that striked me imeditly is dude!!!! your like the most prepared dude in the world foe the zombie apocolypse!!!

  • wow if u wanted to u could be a serial killer *totally serious*

  • how heavy is that loaded with all your gear?

  • 3 is 2, 2 is 1, and 1 is none rule...

  • I have that exact same torx tool, bro. I believe I showed it in my EDC vid. Excellent item!

  • I use soem of these tools, the others stay in the bag in case of an emergency, however this is an older video, my setuip changed quite a bit...I carry more tools I actually use these days..

  • Hey Bud, nice job. Milspecmonkey is good but, not to be rude, but im wondering if they shower with this stuff on? lol : ) just joking. I Second the Motion to show folks how to make a "Paracord Wrap Handle" on your little pry bar. Also, I am assuming your no criminal, who makes that pick again? I still have the old plastic black case one! ack! I hate it. What else would be cool is if somewhere you put a list of not only what you (camp) with, but also, "survival stuff you might carry? Best, Dave

  • I have this in OD. It's pretty good.

  • i would have a pistol and ammo in mine

  • how do u make the paracord handle

  • to do it on a knife you need to learn the method of looping it on to make sure its even and corded so it won't fall off.

  • i can tell by the clock noise in the background you did this video around 1pm

  • LOL. this is what you carry in an everyday urban environment!

  • ya, i didnt get this either....

  • can you do a review on your camping bag mentioned in your EDC (every day carry) - Maxpedition Jumbo Versipack

  • good job... can you make a review on your first aid kit i just want to see what to put in mine

  • where can i buy the backpack

  • I like it.

  • me too.

  • where do u get the lockpick :)

  • just like a boy scout

    always prepared

  • @silonet737 good lads

  • if you order from county comm how much postage does it cost by the way i live in the uk will i be able to order things from county comm?

  • send them an email they will reply

  • Great job, keep up the work.

  • i thought about making my own bag using a seat belt as the strap with automatic retracting straps. i have never seen a bag with this.

  • i just finish watching a couple of videos on EVD and stuff like that and what surpirsed me the most is that none of the guys in the videos when they showed their stuff none of them had what i think to be one of the most basic tool -duct tape or any tape ???

    Good Video i like it

  • in your job what kind of mail you do? and do you go for long trips in your job?

  • I work with everyhgin that goes in the mail, letters, checks, magazines, catalogs, newspapers, flyers, medicine, packages, small and large...everythgin that goes in the USPS postal system...when I travel I only have to drive an hour out to another postal building...but I dont need to travel often...

  • thank you so much!!!! i love your videos

  • milspecmonkey FTW

  • 5 flashlights :/ and most of the stuff is in you EDC/BOB-bag to? so youve never used it or just got new?

  • Hey Jeff,

Just looking at EDC's myself and stumbled across this one, i read that youve got a maglite solitaire, hows thta go for you???

Also, at 1:01, in the background, is that a clock or something?? lol

  • I went to the store bought some batteries, but they werent included so I had to buy more D: Yeah, it was a pretty sad day :p

Good EDC..I need to get one for my new car, I only got a glock shovel, yes a GLOCK shovel, and 2 Artic MRE's(2200 calorie meal)

You got a pretty nice set-up going on there, and its always good to have a bag that can work as a Z-day bag too

  • I love those towels i bought almost a thousand of them!

  • Just in case you didn't know, Sleeplesserf is using your other every day bag video on his site. He took mine also. It would be nice if he asked first.

  • thanks for the heads up....

  • good pack but 2 many batteries i think but besides that good vid

  • never know when you're gonna need extras! lol

  • Many knife tips I could've saved over the years by having that prybar when needed. . .

  • Great vid man, kinda sold on the Maxi.

  • why don;t you answer the door?

  • search cutlerylover clock...

  • were did you get the lock pick. can you show how it works. nice vid cutlery

  • No gun?

  • I didnt own any guns when I made this vieeo, BTW my setup has changed ALOT since this video...

  • THEN COULD U PLEASE. make a another bob bag vid. i really like this one and the edc updates PLEASE DO THEM regulary. i really wanna see bob bag vid update.

  • make another with your new set up please your vids are so entertaining

  • holyshit i have that same exact clock

  • lol

  • your all set up for the apocalypse lol

  • man, you really carry so many stuff with you everyday? that is heavy i mean it.

  • hey Great video but I don't know if oyu go in outdoor surviving or just hicking but you should have at least 2 ways to start a fire and ALSO very important a sweedish fire steel those last forever they are really good

  • This is an older video I ahvw changed my setup, but yes if I am out in the woods more than a a mile from peopel and homes I do carry multiple methods of fire making...just in case, but I dotn venture too far too foten, mostly just hiking relativley near civilization...mostly for the peacefulness and excersise...

  • awaseome vido

  • hese my idol!!!

  • You wanna give yourself a mild heart attach? Go through your whole kit, and add up the cost of all the items! :) Cool setup though.

  • you say that your not A criminal but you have gloves,a ski mask and a lock pick

  • Nice bag set up, but... where is the gun?? I mean I think a nice lightweight .22 lr revolver (a snubie one) would be a nice tool if need it like againts feral dogs, crazy domestic ones too and if scumbags you can find in the your way if you go hiking.

    Manny

  • try the Walther P22

  • I would get a .38 because then you could use is againts people if need be, and the pocket that he keeps his gloves is made fot a gun.

  • this video was made before jeff got a gun

  • plan for the worst hop0e for the best good man nice setup

  • Thanks!!!

  • you should get a surefire led g2 its about 1/3 the size and last 12 hours, plus its bright as hell.

  • I dont use CR123 lights anymore...I recently have been using a nitecore D10 which is less than half the size of the G2 and almost twice and bright (over 100 lumens)...and only used a single AA battery...

  • wow thats crazy ill have to check that thing out for myself sounds like a good choice

  • too many knives for me man, we knife-freaks often go overboards. 1 knife - 1-2 tools with knives max, not 6-7, I used to be totally overpacked, but im more simplistic these days.

    I like the pryer!

  • put some steel wool in that bag if u rub the tip of the 9v on the wool you get some pretty nice sparks....and very compact and easy use

  • you should fill the water bottle with items if you're looking for more space utilization, possibly a small water filter/tabs.

  • are the LED upgrades for the maglights worth it?

  • I wousdl suggest buyuing the newer stock LED minimags but if you cant afford then then yes the upgrades are worth it...a stock 2AA LED minimag is like $20 at walmart...

  • I upgraded my "D-size" mag light to LED, and am very happy. But upgrading the mini-mag to LED is just okay at best. The switch on the back is funky, and it isn't very positive. I'd just get a new small LED light from Costco... and with the waterproof feature, you'll be way ahead. Check out the Dorcy.

  • i just got a D-size LED mag over the weekend and i love it so far!

  • good video!

  • that clock has become a trademark to your video's!

  • ahaha, u should be a public speaker jeff , cuz a relly good talker man

  • I have also attached a couple of Grimloc carbines for umbrella and similar staff.

Has any fellow Urbanstalker :) figured out some uses for the webbing on the bottom?

  • My things in JUMBO - IMCO fuel lighter, Smith&Wesson SWAT II folding knife + Wenger multitool, DOAN magnesium fire starter, magnifying glass, Freeloader Solar battery set with connector set and Battery charger, a set of rechargeable AA/AAA batteries - for these I have attached the VOLTA battery pouch - so I can get the power either directly from sun or convert it back from AA/AAA batteries, Mini Maglite, small lockpick set, and legal ROHM signal revolver (gas weapon).

  • Nice setup, looks like mine!

My job is in the street, i carry a Targus Backpack with my work laptop, carry a 2C maglite, 9 led aaa flashlight, first aid kit, leatherman, gerber and victorinox knives, (better than a toolbox) paracord, snack food a camelback, an army spoon and fork, krazy glue, duct and masking tape, small am fm radio, and a lot of other thnigs, ridiculous? not, when me or somebody needs help it works fine. I ride an ofroad legal Motorcycle in the City.

  • Urban?

your going campin in the city

    cause thats what urban is

    i got confused...

  • this is not for camping, its a urban bag, although it clearly has campign stuff in it, this video is kidn of old I ahve a totally new setup now which is more suited for urban enviroments...No more fire kit, lol...and when I say uirban I really just mean rural...so that was a poor word usage...

  • I just got confused but its cool. Good stuff in that bag.

  • damn! your ready for a nuclear war!

  • Hi there!

Ever thought about putting some small solar battery staff with Li-on batteries? Helps to get some boost for Your GPS, cell-phone or other equipment when You are cought outdoors without power source. Also You can charge Your AA/AAA batteries for LED.

I would recommend an ESBIT pocket stove as well.

And yes, I do own Maxpedition Jumbo S-Type versipack and many staff You packed there is similar to mine ;).

    Godspeed!

  • what is para cord

  • Parachute cord, used in parachutes.

  • yup...550 cord is one tyupoe of paracord, manign each peice has a breakign strength of 550 lbs...they amke other grades oo but 550 is most popular..

  • Some knives have an exposed bottom tang, that part is perfect for prying.

  • How much does this weigh when fully packed?

  • I changed my setup alot since this video, both bag and gear but this one with all of that probably eighed @ 15 lbs...it was not light at all...

  • if yu get cought with this crap... well wouldent it seem lie your gonna rob someone or a store???

  • yes probably, lol, I do have gloves, flashlight, knife, lol...even a facemask for the winter! So far never had a problem...

  • Ok something i need to know.

these edc, you take them to work?!!

  • This is actually an older video so I modified what I carry and even the bag I use, but yeah I keep it in ym car but sometiems bring ym bag inside my work, I work for a women who holds a postal contract so I do the mail, but I dotn work directly for the post office, she doesnt mind, infact shes glad I alwasy have what she needs, lol..Im lucky shes cool with ym knife addiction too...

  • The torch's with batterys run out too fast!

You should buy these Dynamo ones, 0 barrerys!

  • with the advancement is LED technology I dont worry abotu that, my Fenix lights are still running on the same batteries as when I got them about 6 motnhs ago, as for the maglight, I hardly use it really...Its just there just in case I need a light with more throw...

  • ahh ok

  • if you wrap a couple of rubber bands around your flint and steel kit it will keep it from coming open in your bag

  • how many waves do u have

  • camelbak nice lol theyre very expencive but worth it unless you wanan end up like me carryng a daypack and a camelbak and it leaking on the trail so i was pretty bummed out

  • This is a maxpedition bag not made by camelbak, however I do also own a camelbak HAWG a military version that has served me very well!!!

  • also couple of tips or useful info for the camper. garbage bags they r so useful from dirty clothes to medical throwaways like used gauzes and you can use it as a tent if it comes down to it. duck tape keep a slamm role of duct tape its so useful to patching stuff to medical uses.if that wasnt a brand name nalgene(or if it was) i was on the appalachin trail a good bit up ive dropped my nalgene weant down to get it nothing on it great condition they have wide varieties hope these tips were useful

  • hey man can you tell me where you got the led upgrade for the solitaire.

  • It was a custom job back when they didnt sell them but I think you can find them now over at lighthound...

  • Alright cool I'll check it out, thanks a lot man.

  • were did you get that bag?

  • google it, there are many websites that sell them but I got this one from onestopknifeshop...

  • do u have a cat

  • nope, not right now, I use to own 2 cats, both meant to be indoor cats but got out and loved it too much to come back, lol, but that was years ago, now I jst have ym 2 dogs...I have a video on them, just search cutlerylover dogs...

  • that pocket shaperner is the best i lost mine

  • you should think of some chem lights, an emergency blanket and poncho.

  • I have changced the contents of this bag alot over tiem and kept what I used and ditcvhed what I didn't besides emergency items, but those are good ideas...I do have an emergency blanket as well as 2 cheapo ponchos from walmart...
