LockHeadMartin is not a bad company persay. My husband just got a job with them and they do things military don't and are behind much of the success of finding the main objectives. If you saw what they do you would understand more. Yes though, they will be asked to violate privacy, but I don't see them as the bad guys yet. I know this could change in the future Just an ingredient. Overall this company has brought more justice to those those suffering.

Lockheed Marting may well produce weaponry - If you look at bastards like Saddam, Hitler, Mugabe etc. Do you not think we need them?

Where would we be if Hitler had won WWII. The difference between that and where we are now in the west (could be a LOT LOT LOT worse) was the technology developed by companies such as these.

Lockheed Martin are also developing Solar energy - with their expertise we could well be making progress.

Last time I checked LM Space Systems Company is building more GPS satellites, a laser equipped 747 that shoots down missiles, and the new space shuttle Orion. Weapons is one of the biggest and most stable businesses of all the times. Because people or govs buy weapons and because they imagine seriously they could use them. The problem comes when the business communicates, to its customers and also when searching for new employees, but why should it not do this? Hem, well...It seems that most of us don't want to work at LM!

A lot of the weapons systems that Lockheed produces are defense systems. They showed a couple of THAAD interception missiles which are a shield against attacks in the video. Democrats tend to hurt the defense industry, as Lockheed went through major layoffs when the Clinton administration passed through, it seems to have not recovered to the levels it once was during the cold war era. I work at LM and feel that you do not understand what we do. Just differences in opinion.

I don't work at LM but I used to work in weapon industry. I know that people there need the moral insurance of making a clean mission. Man sure need weapons, but in view of the amount of  intellect we put in designing devices to destroy "the other", I slept better desng plastic canoes, even polluting car parts.
