  • Theres something wrong with the algorithm that controls the picker... From a productivity standpoint the pickers default state shouldn't be in the wait position awaiting a new package wrapper and then pick a pancake to place.

    The robot could be operated slower reducing ware and maintenance cost if it returned directly to pick up another pancake after placement or productivity could be higher with the wrapper conveyor moving faster.

  • Are the pancakes packaged after being placed on the tray?  Does the robot count the number of pancakes on the tray before placing the pancake on the tray?

  • The trays go through a flow wrapper when the packs are complete. The pancakes are counted as they are loaded onto the trays to ensure full packs are produced.
