Thanks. The only thing I changed on the engine was I machined the air intake valve a few thousands of an inch shorter so it fully closes and gets full engine compression at low RPM. It made a huge difference to the low-end torque. The Briggs & Stratton "Easy Start" system just means it doesn't get full compression, which makes it easier to start. (Air leaks back into the carb.) With a compression gauge, I measured a compression ratio of only 2:1 before the change, and 6:1 after the change.

hey thats pretty cool, i have an actually racing kart, but its just for fun, not real trackraces. Im thinking of making a body my self. Did you make the body from fibreglass. ANd the hummer was a choice coz its a real square shape. Im thinking of doing a R34 GTR which will include me making the molds with my dad and a friend. Or maybe and easier shape car.
