This is the King James Version ONLY group? I ignore them. I don't limit my self, I use all translations, compare & contrast. No need to freak out. All translations do a fair job, none are perfect. Any Bible basics student knows the concept of translations and knows Aramaic, Hebrew and Greek are the original languages. I know the strengths and weakness of each translation. Yeah, never limit yourself to one translation or original-language text. Brave scholars back in the mid-1800's, mostly German but also many Catholics, Calvinists, Protestants collated the 24,000 texts we have today. (The KJV translators WANTED to do that, but couldn't.)
God's WHOLE Word is in the SUM of these texts. A TEAM, not just one 'player'. :)
Right you are Sister Brainouty. What about Bibles translated into other languages than English? Are they some conspiracy? Are our non English speaking Bothers and Sisters in Christ not getting the message? Of course not, KJV is a fine translation but has issues, one it's in Old English, hard for some to read for some.
