  • Does it work with other salty stuff? :D

  • ellen degenerous has the worst haircut ever.

  • if snooki was on she would have died

  • @xXxERICxXx8 lol the key ofawesome

  • Steve, I understand that it does that because the salt is an electrolyte. What else is an electrolyte that you could do the same sort of thing with?

I also heard that you could use the pickle as a light bulb, but instead of plugging it into the mains, you could use a lasagna the size of the floor plan of the Gherkin Building as a source of energy. Is this true? And if so how? :)

These are things I learn when watching QI. :P

  • new way to fry pickles?

  • "So we just kinda gather around at night and watch it with our kids..."

...Lemme get this straight. Your family gathers around the table at night....to watch a pickle light up? I dunno. I feel like that would be an odd activity.

  • do not bit it wait zzzzzzt ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • Ellen: "ayaahyaa pickel". Hahaha!

  • my pickle is electric too

  • i did this for a science project last year.

sorry steve, i keep on stealing your ideas for science projects

  • I sense many new pickle farms in our future! Who agrees?

  • we did that at school with a pickle and a hot dog btw the hot dog was delicious

  • this guys such a liar it doesnt work because of the salt its because pickles are 80% water and water is a conducter of electricity

  • @wbk94 Haha sorry buddy, salt is the conductor. If you take all the salt out of water it wont conduct anything.

  • @wbk94 :P

..... Water isnt a conductor unless you add salt. Well really its just the salt that does anything. The water just sits there.

  • Electric Pickle-thats what she said

  • Well,pretty Cool!!!

What will happen if I eat that pickle after doing the experiment....?

    a) I'm #%@man

    b) Nothing happen

    c) (any suggestion)

  • Except for the metallic taste...
