@ElevatorGuy92 I had lunch there over christmas break and they do run fine. Unfortunately, Skanska left quite a mess in the elevator shaft when they replaced the windows.

The building over 30 years old. You can't just replace the windows becuase building codes have changed over the years. Either the whole hotels windows have to be replace...which could take years...or we wait for OSHA and the state to find glass up to current standards and bulding codes. i work there and we hear this all the time.

Hmm... that's strange, since the windows at the Georgia-Pacific Tower and the Equitable Building were replaced rather quickly.

as of 02-02-09 the windows are still missing out of some of the building not as bad but still a damaged facade from my point of view its missing about 30-50 windows

The special windows in the building are not made anymore. They now have to replace ALL the windows from top to bottom.
