The game of golf is how many shots you take to put in the hole. The idea of having a better swing is to be able to hit better so you cna out it the hole easier. If you each time a swing that will allow you to rotate through and swing freely u will have an easier time driving the ball to the fairway and greens. But the swing doesn´t matter a lot in scoring cases.
Why do you want your swing to look like Tigers or Adam Scotts? Be yourself. You're too young to try and imitate a swing. Do what works for you. Look at Furyk. Ugliest swing on tour, yet it works for him.
well i believe ya appleassassin cause im 16 and average a 270 drive but if everything just goes perfect i can bang out a few 300+ drives in fact about 2 months ago my dad and i played in a tourney and i won the long drive contest against a bunch of 30 year olds
Good fundamentals, but stop trying to make your swing "look" like everyone elses...It needs to be your own swing. Tiger, Ernie, AK, Hogan, Nicklaus...they all had their OWN swing. Keep up the good work but worry more about making it your own swing.
Exactly. You need to worry about your score and what's comfortable. If you are too worried about what your swing looks like, then that thought will stick with you while you are playing golf. Just do what feels natural and comfortable so you don't have too many thoughts about your swing while swinging.

i dont agree im playing golf cause i think the swing movement of players like scott and tiger look sooo awesome. its al bout the looks fuck the points, i wanna look gooood when i swing. u have to accept there are some ppl who luv the looks of the swing. cause when i got a hole in one but my swing didnt look awesome i wouldnt even like it! keep going kid on the video followtrough could look a lil more firm if u ask me.
yes its ok to work on yours swing and try to make it look "good". but to me a "good" swing is a swing that repeats and and can produce a predictable ball flight. i see that looks are very important to you but when it comes to the great amutuers and tour pros its all about consistency
You have the same problem I had, You position at the top is perfect. Change nothing on your backswing. What happens is you try to hit the ball with your upper body and pull the ball toward the target. I was aimed 20 feet right of my target and would hit it right at it. This is very inconsistant and hard to time. You need to work on using your lower body more. (like Tiger). When you make changes it will get ugly. I would shoot 4-7 strokes higher than normal but just stick withg it. It gets better
I live in Canada and have started to play in lots of tournaments like maplejt . I golf with lots of other great golfers, most who have golfed forever that are really good ( like - handicaps) and your swing will stand the test of time if you can keep it consistant. Ya no wondering you keep asking people to comment on your swing! You have such great balance and you stay so well on plane with great rotation! That is a great swing plus it looks freakishly similar to tiger ( you can make a good adam scott swing too but I would not tinker with that at all plus it is your most recent ). I have never seen somebody swing that similar to tiger. You should send that to him seriously and you might get some attention!

Anyways the swing is great. I can imagine you are starting to shoot some great scores! How long have you been golfing? Just curious because I started golfing late at around 14 which was 3 years ago now and with lots of work I have my hadicap down to about 5 and I have been shooting some under par scores
