i disagree that they are "letting go". You can see there main focus is on the camera, and being absorb by performing for it. This for me is a poor excuse for yoga. I think people should be free to move/dance how they wish, even if that means performing to a camera, just dont pretend to be something your not.
Dear "Lara", you have found a good way to "market" the word "Yoga" for the westerners. it says you have a certificate or something on Yoga too. Puhahahahaha what a new age! yes, the dancing is spontaneous and nice in this video but the effort you are trying is somewhat commercialization of the word "Yoga".
Gosh and don't they get tired? I got tired just by looking at it, and this dance seems to be using all body and some sharp moves i saw two such videos and got the same tiresome feeling. But that must be the good thing about this dance, right?
I don't know why you call this a Dance or a Yoga dance either... Where is Grace in this? Yoga and Dance have an Aesthetic Grace...I am not Criticizing your effort, just trying to help by point out as a Fellow Artist, you need to see where "Grace and Self reverence shows up" while you are performing your Art---if it is an Art.
