Even white Chileans, Argentines, etc are considered "Latino" in the United States, not necessarily "White" (ie of a culturally anglo background). I know Latino isn't a race, but alot of people here think it is, it's just a cultural difference.

Chilean are almost all WHITE. Spanish people are mostly WHITE. People in US really dont understand anything about race.
