  • Oh hey! Have you tried the Fat Blast Furnace (just google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my buddy burned plenty of unwanted fat.

  • Raiderpeete bench press is and great work out depending on how you do it along with any work out if you do it right and work out is good

  • @60DayswithNatJones

Alright, so i juss started this and I feel the burn! I was going smooth all the way til the last 100 pushups, I couldnt reach the full 100. Anyways, what techniques do you recommend to motivate myself to finish them? And also on the cross over pushup section, does that count as 1 each side or 1 both sides? thanks!

  • Man...I have a question....I am 14 years and a little bit fat and I want to know if I can replace my belly with muscles doing this exercices....and I want to do this exercices at home. Can u recommand me some special exercices for begginer?Because I don't have too much strenght.

  • @alex20na Well this is only an upper body strength workout. I am 14 as well, and I'm trying to get built over the winter so I can try out for high school football for 9th grade. I'm not any professional or anything on this stuff, but I think what you want to do is decrease the amount of body fat you have (mainly the fat over your abs which makes you unable to see them) while at the same time working out your abs to make them stronger and more visible. Look at abdominal workouts for results.

  • PLZ make one where you train breast without any tools :D

  • WHY ARE YOU DOING PUSH-UPS JUST BENCH MORE

  • @Notsorandomnumbers just benching is probably one of the worst things you can do it is an unnatural body movement and misses the point of a full contraction by over a foot and strains the joint at the bottom of the movement. It is good for a warm-up and light exercise before you focus certain muscle groups.

  • Your chest is way to big for your delts, you look ridiculous

  • cant you put out anything that doesn't requires any tools (completely free)

  • your awesome man all this is great workouts

  • i wil try itt. and will post soon. haha.

    60 days huh?

  • instead of doing all these torso workouts you should go workout on your legs cuz at the moment... you have chicken legs #justsaying

  • Do some more leg workouts, your upper-body is awesome!

  • hey hey! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy lost a ton of weight with it.

  • does this thing make efect

  • im trying to burn fat and tone my chest. so would i do lots reps with light weights?

please reply just wanna make sure if its a good idea

  • It was a great video, i will some of your exercices !

  • Yeah I know push is must to build muscle and chest but didnt know how to do it effectively !!! You showed it :) Thankx !!

  • does this really work in 60 days?

  • is it only 2 day workout or the second day goes on and on later?

  • Good Chjest muscle workouts.

  • Hi, can you tell me why it needs to be done in 2 seperate days? Can I not do all of this in one day? Possibly with lower weights/less reps. I find it difficult to get to the gym too often and like to do shoulders, back and biceps on 3 days, then chest on my 4th. Thanks for the help!!

  • hello sir, and what does bench press work for??? does it work on the sides, bottom, middle, topp, which once sir???

  • Ah. You actually did get this from a 'Mens Fitness' magazine. Im reading it right now.. but its super old. (I keep all my magazines.)

  • Great coaching

  • how many month do you train!

  • Great workout, I have one suggestion for you though, on the crossover pushup it looked like your feet were positioned to one side, the side that you started on, and thanks for all the great videos.

  • You are an awesome coach!!!!

Any chance you can produce a video on fundamentals and proper techniques of Muay Thai?

Thanks again for making these great workout videos.

  • sets of 20 pushups lol... what a fucking pussy :D

  • your a really good speaker!

  • question...my workout partner and i tried this earlier tonight...felt good, but how do you split up the sets?...do you do all plyo pushups before going on or do you do one set of each until done...also, do we do day 2 tomorrow or wait another day?...thanks in advance

  • @johnwayne13688 I know you're asking the OP, but I think I can help answer. As far as splitting up the sets, it's really up to you; I personally get a better pump if I do one exercise at a time, but if you "superset" two exercises together it can be killer. And for when to do day 2, it's best to leave 2 days between training the same muscles again; say you did day 1 on Monday, you should wait until Thursday to do day 2 so the muscles have time to heal. Otherwise you'll overtrain and never grow.

  • i do your workout every week and i saw some awesome results since the beginning , thank you very much you are the best

  • I dont have a weight bench to bench press, any alternatives?

  • Nat,

Thanks for reviewing my workout and nice job on the video!

    Best regards!

    Coach Nick Tumminello

  • Nice stuff.Quick question.I've been working out for some time and I always find that my left shoulders makes a clicking noise when I either do push-ups or bench-press!Any clues why?Its not exactly painful, but definitely uncomfortable, like its out of place.

  • Your my idol in keeping my fitness levels ;D

  • I tried this and felt a good burn!

  • Hey hey this is awesome. I been meaning to check this out. Had it on my saves XD. Been busy. Huh cool a chest workout. Hmmm would pushup variants work with this if one didn't want to do the Plyo? Lol the 20 lbs added is a killer. Would it matter if the elbows are flared, or if they are close together for this part of exercise.

  • @bgcorporation Thanks BG! Yes to the push variants instead of Plyo.FYI- The advantage of the plyo push up is it engages more muscle fibers to do. The elbow flair question is a good one. You should not let your elbows flare out to 90 degrees this isn't good for the shoulder. Thanks for the great comment.

  • this is alright. i prefer full body workouts though.

  • @LTMagic21 I will have more those coming up ;)

  • @60DayswithNatJones awesome

  • cant wait to try this out, looks good.

  • @chocjow Thank you let me know how it goes.
