Alright, so i juss started this and I feel the burn! I was going smooth all the way til the last 100 pushups, I couldnt reach the full 100. Anyways, what techniques do you recommend to motivate myself to finish them? And also on the cross over pushup section, does that count as 1 each side or 1 both sides? thanks!

@alex20na Well this is only an upper body strength workout. I am 14 as well, and I'm trying to get built over the winter so I can try out for high school football for 9th grade. I'm not any professional or anything on this stuff, but I think what you want to do is decrease the amount of body fat you have (mainly the fat over your abs which makes you unable to see them) while at the same time working out your abs to make them stronger and more visible. Look at abdominal workouts for results.

It is good for a warm-up and light exercise before you focus certain muscle groups.
Hi, can you tell me why it needs to be done in 2 seperate days? Can I not do all of this in one day? Possibly with lower weights/less reps. I find it difficult to get to the gym too often and like to do shoulders, back and biceps on 3 days, then chest on my 4th. Thanks for the help!!
Great workout, I have one suggestion for you though, on the crossover pushup it looked like your feet were positioned to one side, the side that you started on, and thanks for all the great videos.
question...my workout partner and i tried this earlier tonight...felt good, but how do you split up the sets?...do you do all plyo pushups before going on or do you do one set of each until done...also, do we do day 2 tomorrow or wait another day?...thanks in advance
@johnwayne13688 I know you're asking the OP, but I think I can help answer. As far as splitting up the sets, it's really up to you; I personally get a better pump if I do one exercise at a time, but if you "superset" two exercises together it can be killer. And for when to do day 2, it's best to leave 2 days between training the same muscles again; say you did day 1 on Monday, you should wait until Thursday to do day 2 so the muscles have time to heal. Otherwise you'll overtrain and never grow.
Nice stuff.Quick question.I've been working out for some time and I always find that my left shoulders makes a clicking noise when I either do push-ups or bench-press!Any clues why?Its not exactly painful,but definitely uncomfortable,like its out of place.

Lol the 20 lbs added is a killer. Would it matter if the elbows are flared, or if they are close together for this part of exercise.
@bgcorporation Thanks BG! Yes to the push variants instead of Plyo.FYI- The advantage of the plyo push up is it engages more muscle fibers to do. The elbow flair question is a good one. You should not let your elbows flare out to 90 degrees this isn't good for the shoulder. Thanks for the great comment.
