They are called Promise Keepers. They are a worship dance team from Korea. The gentleman at the front is their leader, named Jang Kwang Woo. They only perform to Christian music.

I get them off of a Christian Korean site, but because everything is in Korean, you'll probably have a difficult time navigating around. The leader is now 31, and he formed the group 8 years ago. Before he met God, he was a DJ at a club!! As of right now, I think they're touring Korean churches in Dallas, Chicago and Boston.
