your welcome.yes the stomach vacuum is where you suck in your stomach up and into a vacuum.oh it was your pj's.you can wear a bikni to do the stomach vacuum in or your sports bra and shorts if that alright with you.btw your are pretty as well.

When I was little I join taekwondo, but have recently taken a break from it because of my school sports. I also am in track, run cross country, and on the hockey team. My biceps are 11.5 relaxed.

Thats pretty incredible the amount of muscle you have already. Long bicep heads so the muscles look longer and thicker instead of round baseball shapes. That's due to longer tie-in's on the biceps. Your traps look thick when you did a rear double bicep flex, and you have the erector muscles that form a "V" below your abs. Those are hard to get. And your upper glutes and lower back are pretty thick too. All in all, I'd say you've got some great genes to do some serious bodybuilding!

Some have shorter attachments that make the muscle rounder, and some have REALLY short attachments with longer muscle bellies like Johanna Dejager's biceps or Klaudia Larson's that make them look like they have a peak on top of a peak. Love to see your results after a couple years of clean eating and heavy weight / low rep lifting.
