who is worshiping Ali is an Kafir in Islam. We shia worshiping only Allah Taala but we take Ali as our mentor, guide and way. He is the gate to the city of Knowledge and the prophet mohammad is the city of knowledge.

@KhameneiVoter exactly those are my beliefs aswell, Ali(r.a) is my mentor guide and way but in the video he says 'maula' which can mean lord so i get a bit edgy when i listen to it.

but maula can also mean protector so i just translate it as Ali(r.a) is my and the ummah's protector.

maula has different meanings as well and remember brother, they call kings on earth lord as well. it can mean Lord -Allah and Lord as a high respectable person. so of course we both mean the same and we believe the same. its no allowed for anyone to believe that Imam ali(as) is more than an Human or he is dvine! so Allah bless u too!!
