  • The commentator speaking @ 0:45 is a football commentator..whats his name??

  • 1:20-1:24

How is it even possible to get those balls back?

  • Does he ever play anymore>?

  • Why does Michael Chang always have such trouble holding his serve in the final set?

  • I loved Chang. This was awesome.

  • This is not Hannover, this is at Frankfurt, Festhalle.

  • @maunius

I uploaded this video over a year ago without anyone noticing this mistake until now. Thanks for pointing that out, I don't know what I was thinking as I know it's Frankfurt!

  • 1:31 the woman said 'so fuckin faaaaaast' no jokes 0.0

  • 196Kmh Serve from Change too in the end!

  • Today i think the most complete player is novak djokovic. But one thing is he is not a gentleman like federer and nadal.

  • @on9hockeu i think you don't understand nothing about tennis....i

  • Speedy Gonzalez?....WTF?!

  • Not for nothing Ivanesevic said "Chang is like a fly, you need to kill him at least three times!" :D

  • I am a big Chang fan but wished he had a bit more style and appeal. Still respect his game and mental toughness.

  • Chang's serve looks surprisingly big in this tournament.

  • @coceth

Chang went to the gym a lot to build up his strength and to acquire a bigger 1st serve. He also used a long body racquet to give him extra power.

  • @Techtribal1990 Right. The Prince Michael Chang Graphite Longbody with double throat. I had one of those. Remarkable stability and power. Extremely tolerant.

  • @Techtribal1990 It was actually because Chang got a new prince racquet which had a bigger string bed, not a bigger length

  • Michael is such a gentleman, he even said sorry to the Line Judge after barging him over whilst running to get the ball!

I never saw Michael live but I've seen Hewitt a couple of times in his early days and Hewitt was the quickest player I saw. Looks like Michael is up there is the speed department.

  • @Techtribal1990 Yeh they used to say hewitt was quicker than Borg, thats something unbelievable. Rafa is fast and but I think his extra weight slows him down a touch, if he wanted to he could probably match it with em, also I think his awareness and aniticipation his intensity in every point and just being so present to what goes on is what makes him look even faster than he is, as a raw athlete blake was actually faster than him

  • @quiet1234 I am confused whos the fastest, cos Stefanki said Borg was faster than Rafa, but Rafa is much bigger, same with Chang or Hewitt. It seems like his ranking is Borg, Rafa, Chang/Hewitt. But who really knows whos fastest? To me sometimes Rafter looked like Rafa, gritty, fast, chasing every ball, but I think that actually hes not that fast:-(

  • @quiet1234 Well, it depends. And what about Sampras - he was lightning fast when he needed to. Or Davydenko? Agassi said that some Bjorn Phau from Germany was the fastets ha ever played. :-))

  • @cammpinno Yeh thats true, pete was a natural silky smooth and lightning fast athlete, but there are certain guys who are just built to be runners, If pete was a little shorter and lighter he would have been faster, for his size yah definatley fast though. I think pete had great ability on the dead run and could push off fast but definatley moved to more explosive movement rather than that swiftness around the court. Davy no, ive heard alot about borg and hewitt

  • @cammpinno i know exactly who your talking about, phau is widely considered the fastest ever to play tennis i saw him play a match he didnt look that good but holy tits!!! He is without a doubt the fastest player ive ever seen. I also think gael monfils and michael chang are up their as the fastest ever.

  • @Techtribal1990 I think Chang was the fastest player of his generation. Borg of his, and a lot of people say Hewitt is fastest of his generation and along with Borg theyre 2 fastest ever. But to me Chang is even faster. Hard to pick 1 number 1.

  • @cammpinno Being an aussie and having watched all of those players, I would say Borg is the fastest I've ever seen and then Chang, followed by Hewitt. If you put them in a race over 60M, Borg would win. Over ten metres, maybe Chang.
