@Tha4thLetterr At Disney world in Florida they're TEN dollars. I think the narrator meant the mylar/character shaped balloons are 7 dollars. That's how much it cost for my mylar balloon when I was recently at Disney world.

This union is so out of touch with the reality of what their function is and why unions were originally started.
