lol of course they do, because they're "too busy" with their own lives to care about their childrens developmental and emotional needs. Dress them, shelter them, feed them... that's all parents think they are required to do. The daycare and schools will do the reset .. (actually daycares do the feeding and part-time sheltering too lol)
