I don't like how incredibly rude some people are being. By saying "I'm hetero but I'd date you" is invalidating Annika's identity. She's a beautiful WOMAN, no different from any cis-gendered female apart from being born in the wrong body. You should just say "You're gorgeous, and if I were to meet someone like you I'd date them" rather than what you did say. I'm not saying its necessarily transphobic, but it is encouraging an other-ness, and the belief that trans* people aren't equal.

Your so beautiful I cannot believe that your parents disowned you (forgive me) but they are idiots. Missing out on knowing such a beautiful and radiant person like you is their extreme loss. My ex boyfriend (now really great friend) when he started his transformation his parents did the same and my parents stopped speaking to me and removed all of my pictures out of their house and told ppl they did not have a son. so I understand I pray that your parents come around and stop being ignorant.

@letstalk89 perhaps you meant "HRT"? = Hormone replacement therapy. it's a process whereby (in this casae) a genetic male takes hormone injections,pills or a patch, to add estrogen's and/or antiandrogens to there system essentially "feminizing" them. having the same effects as a female in puberty. yet on a male body. effectively making the body have female secondary sexual characteristics.(the genitals often are changed with surgery) as are many other remaining male features.

Oh Annika. Glad to see things are going well, and I have to agree with you that laser is the less evil of the two methods to remove that unwanted hair. I am a little curious to how sensitive your skin much be though. After I had my first laser, my skin was still bothered for a couple days which was annoying since you need stubble for the laser. Anyhow, take care for now and I personally am looking forward to your 1 yr video. ^_^
@micheleabutler yeah, my skin is definitely sensitive after laser. but i've good a pretty good post-laser/electrolysis skincare routine down (ice, moisturize, mask, repeat) which makes it a bit better :)
@transgenderexpress Note taken for myself. It took so long for my skin to not throb after I was zapped as a laser session. (Though someone (me) doesn't have anything to mask with.) Sad days.

Unfortunately, laser isn't a permanent form of beard hair removal....electrolysis is.
Its best to have as much electro done as possible before going fulltime, otherwise it will make life very difficult, and I speak from experience...
