Nice. How did you align the view to be zoomed out? Normally it only zooms out when driving fast.. Also, your game runs too slow, try opening Windows Media Player in the background (you don't have to make it play music, just open it), then it runs a lot faster (normal speed). It's running slow due to a bug.

I have a better solution:

1Launch regedit

2Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE / DMA Design Ltd / GTA2 / Screen

3 And here change "min_frame_rate" to 1

This should make game run at normal speed

And by the way, there was a cheat in GTA2 that was allowing player to move the camera freely (around whole town), zoom in and out, or even teleport your character to the place you've just looking at. I think he used this one.
