This movie is awesome. This is perfect MST3K Movie night with friends. Anybody that whines about a guy who rips VHS tapes of OOP movies and posts them on the internet is a faggot cocksucker who has AIDS. Seriously, shut up.
I was hesitant to watch this, but I am glad I did. I really liked it. It is written far better than most horror movies, and the director does a lot of nice touches that most filmmakers wouldn't bother doing (the smoldering van; showing the middle floor when moving from the attic to the basement).

I lost interest in this movie when they killed off Linnea Quigley. The writers killed her character off way too fast. Linnea Quigley was the only real drawing card and the only piece of eye candy in this movie. It looks like Linnea was only available for a short period of time. She was pretty busy in 1989 She appeared in nine films that year.
nifty film, kinda funny how the characters all flip-flop on what to do. Too bad the one chick i wanted to see get nekkid of course didn't. "We have to get out of here, no wait let's all go to our rooms... you will all die if i stay here, but i cannot leave the others...."LOL
Director Kevin Tenney does have some amount of talent. His talent was really evident in his first feature film called "Witchboard" , which was a decent little horror movie made in the mid 1980's. This movie "Witchtrap", is clearly not as good as "Witchboard" was.
Linnea Quigley looked pretty good here in this movie. She was only in her early 30's. She hasn't aged well though, despite the fact that she's a vegan. Linda Blair looks a hell of a lot better than Linnea Quigley these days.
