I'm trying to run this game on XP thru the dosbox emulator. Somehow it just won't work (gets stuck on checking cdrom speed when installing). Any suggestions anybody?

I've also tried running it under dosbox but even then the framing was way to fast.

And there was no way to steer the plane.

I met Mary E. McGlynn at Anime Vegas 2007, and had her sign my copy of Top Gun: Fire At Will. Yes...still have it in the original PC box with manuals and everything....

Anyway, when I asked her about the song Danger Zone, she told me she never even got to listen to the final cut of it. She went in, performed the song, and that was that. She had no idea how it was going to be used in the game.

Mary Elizabeth McGlynn sang this version. She does a lot of work in voice acting for animes and video games. I normally love her work but she should have stepped back and just left it to Kenny Loggins this time.

I love her in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. She does a good job as the Major in the English dub though I prefer the original tracks with subtitles.
