  • Stim da "donji trbusnjaci" NE postoje, i stim da vas dvoje ne radite primarno Rectus Abdominis, koji u ovoj vjezbi ucestvuje samo kao stabilizator a primarno radi iliopsoas. Nekome nedostaje edukacije.
