@daytonmlivingston DEPRESSION?!? This sonata is generally regarded as one of the two or three greatest ever written. Good grief - some of these amateur opinions are incredibly moronic. Sometimes it is better to just keep one's mouth (or fingers) shut.
@daytonmlivingston It's not depressing. It's walking quietly on a moonlit night, peacefully, with no one to bother you, with no regrets, having stars shimmering above you, with a fully bright moon.
I chose that part to leave my message to you angel because brings the tears from my eyes
Once again Valentina THKS a thousand times for sharing your talent and your love for Piano. I(less than God itself for sure) love you for that! Your sensibility with this instrument is becoming "ultimate touch". You're such a beautiful human expression throught muscical art :)
I'll follow your path as long as i'll live.(i'm a bit younger than you are)
7:33 -7:44 ....Orgasmic.

I don't know how you could learn this. The depression in it just makes me wanna throw up. That piece is too dark for me.

Oh those arpeggios that emerge in the passage that rises out of the bass -- so cold, so soul crushing... The opening of 4 is brilliant.

I used to find this sonata bombastic and ill proportioned, but i am coming to love this work as much as his other late works.

Very good, but for me the introduction to the Fugue (6:50 to end) is too fast. The accelerando (8:02) for example should begin largo.

Yes I agree. I think Barenboihm's version is better, but Valentina's technique surpasses that of barenboihm.

Dicho sea de paso, yo no comulgo con ningún artista; son todos engañosos y por momentos pueriles.
