I used to like the piano, but the lack of control over it is very disconcerting. It's much less difficult to control an artificial instrument, then listen to whatever you created so as to modify and tweak it over time. That's not so easy with these.

It amuses me to no end how people blurt out moronic things like "get your piano tuned" or "play it slower". If you are going to criticize, do it properly and use constructive criticism as opposed to worthless statements. He is playing, not you. It is his piano, not yours. Tune it for him if you want to. Or alternatively buy him one that suits your palette.

@kupOnut11 The only Final Fantasy songs I can play on the piano are the Prelude, Rydia's Theme, Forever Rachel, Rose of May, Kuja's Theme, Terra (FF9), and Bran Bal. Everything else I fail at, it's pretty dismaying ;_; I'm not a very good pianist, but I hope that if I practice hard I can get better... including being able to play this piece.

Nice work that you've memorized the whole song. Awful tempo and way too fast to capture any feeling that the original gives. There were several times where a note was off but repeated the mistake, so maybe you've just memorized a bad note in there. In a way, feels like a mockery to the grace of the original and looks like it's a little boy excited about a piano. 2/10

I think that all he was trying to do is give a little helpful feedback. Its not terrible by any means at all... i would kill to be able to play well =) Its just a few pointers, maybe a little harsh.. but hey if you like a song and its change that can happen =)

This is mediocre at best. There is this wonderful thing that composers spend a great deal of time figuring out, it's called phrasing (slurs, legatos, etc.). You would do well to be more sensitive to this in the future. This lacks emotion - and I'm not saying that because you chose to play it fast. Let's not get into you choice of tempo, and the out of place tempo changes. I have a friend who plays just like you... Both of you use the wrong to for expressing yourselves.

I've watched 4 piano versions of this and nobody seems to use sheet music. Good playing, but if you use the sheet music and follow a beat the tempo wont be so erratic.
