@LawrenceofIsrael It is satan, not God, that silences an entire group of people simply by flesh. Even Paul, while forbidding a woman from asking questions in church, allowed them to prophesy so long as their heads are covered. The pharisees had a problem with that and Paul chastized them, asking if it was only "they" that God speaks through. Then he said to not stop anyone from prophesy. Obviously, prophesy means not only being spoken to by God, but then telling people what was said. To speak.
