@alabangma when u go to the stanlly statue thing turn right then turn left at sarges boot camp the it will say tail fin pass ao a billboard then turn left of the billboard and follow the path but you need to unlock it first! SO YEAAAAAAAA CHACK OUT MY VID TOO WHILE UR AT IT!
