That error appeared once on my wii. I go to the disc channel with a scratched disc in the wii. I got my scratched disc fix and it does not appeared again and the game worked again. When I had a scratched disc, my wii froze when I played the game. But my wii works again. It does not froze again.

Try formatting the memory first. But I doubt that will help. You more than likely have gotten what is probably the first virus made for the Wii over the internet.

I can suggest 2 things:

1: Get your wii online with either a router or a USB connector, and do a wii system update. I think the latest update says it fixes some problems.

2: But if you can't get your wii online, then ring Nintendo UK hotline on 08706060247 and ask them to get it fixed. But if you live in the US, then this won't work. If you live in the US, find the US hotline number and ask them.

Yea thats nothing. I have had three broken wii's in a row all with bad disc drives. This things is a piece of crap and now I'm stuck with it because the store won't give me a refund. Nice big paper weight. All the systems I get work for a week than non stop disc read errors. Doing everything by the book

I'm having the exact same problem with my Wii. I am about to be on my 4th Wii. My last Wii which I still currently have untill Nintendo sends me the next one. look Kid, the Wii may be Defect. So the best Thing you can do is to call Nintendo, and they will send you a brand new Wii in 2 ore 3 Days. What ever you do, DON'T BRING THE CONSOLE BACK IN THE PLACE WHERE YOU GOT IT.
