A Buddha is a person who is completely free from all faults and mental obstructions. even suffering is a form of practice. so clearly there is no reason for the monks to lead to riot.
Do you tibetians know how much money the government of china gave to tibetians for surpporting their constrcution and improving tibetian citizens' life quality? Billions.

"Tibet is part of China" is a LIE.
The easiest way to disprove the lie is that the Chinese insisted on the signing of the 1951 17 point agreement.
If Tibet was part of China there would have been NO need for that agreement.
