I crashed my sled busting jumps and landed on a fire hydrant! as soon as sled hit, my legs received the crushing blow and flipped 30 feet further down. I got up for 5 seconds and fell to the ground, pain was too intense. I was bruised from my hips down to my toes! I know why they were telling you to take a seat..hahaha good to see you're ok
