  • wtf....aside from the fact this dude set up the lift horribly, then hitched the shit out of the weight, did anyone notice the fact that one of his feet was on a slightly elevated mat, and the other was not? This dude is a fuckin' idiot, unless one of his legs is genuinely longer than the other. If this is the case, then he shouldn't be deadlifting at all. If this is NOT the case, which is most likely, then he is just a complete fucking moron.

  • His lockout actually wasn't all that bad. I was expecting some major barbell humping, but he was just getting his glutes involved (though really, really slowly). It looked painful, but hey maybe he's fine doing that only for max attempts.

    What you said was it's not a record if nobody can match it. Actually, that's the point of a record, look at Usain Bolt, by your logic, he shouldn't be a world record holder. There is no powerlifting comps where you lift like that, you just do the big three and the total wins. He's not that strong for his weight class, at all though, just has a couple records in smaller feds.

  • What people should do is show these videos to beginners and ask them to spot what the dude is doing wrong. For example, here his mistake was failing to contract the gluteus and make the plane of motion close to perpendicular to the ground. Instead he contracted the lats, and swung his body back, which will obviously lead to injuries.

    Other than that, this dude looks like he is jizzing in his pants.
