I don't really know what you're saying, but you could probably pick Greyscale and simply pain that on wherever you want it, and leave whatever you want colored.

Or do the same thing in the Ink effect. I can't recall what it's called right now.

go on greyscale and then advanced options and go to painted region.. then you can just color what you want to be black and white..and leave whatever you what to be colored...=]
