after i unlocked and used the gevey sim (chinese type as yours) for more than 6 months, it's hard for me to unlock it whenever i turn off my ip. Normally, i have to unlock it 10+ times until i get T-mobile network.

It always shows the notification that "Network lost. Your selected data......" and this notification also shows up before the notification "Accept/Cancel"

Do you know what's wrong with this?

so basically either spend $200 trying to get a new gevey pack for the newest software or get a new iphone are the options

When I do the same thing. Rite in the begining when im waiting on that one bar it never actually appears. Well almost never... I have somehow randomly fixed the No Service thing with this card twice but I cant seem to do it again....

tl;dr The 1 bar in the beginning before you dial 112 never comes up

omggg thank you!!! I was suspicious that a few different steps can make such a difference, and so once it was unlocked I decided a few days to judge if this was legit. Its been a week and my phone is still unlocked. Thank you sir, you solved a couple weeks worth of problems, headaches and money for me.

If the sim isn't recognized and not get the accept no matter how many times you recycle the power, after all was working you can go to  settings---> general--->reset all setting-->confirm then you'll get the accept and start over.

Ook maybe this helps for some of you!! after u do everything and it doesnt work and u have the invalid sim card messege in the corner go back to dial 112 end the call in 2 seconds and a "no Sim Card Installed" Messege will appear then just wait for the bars to appear!! and ur done!! i hope it helps i just did it!! ;) Thumps up!!!

OK THIS GUY IS A GENIOUS OMGGGGGG FINALLY WORKED FOR MY IPHONE!!! lol i guess you really have to do the call 112. im using a GEVEY SIM ULTRA from the applenberry site i bought. using 4.10.01 baseband with 4.3.2 firmware. had tons of trouble trying to get welcome message and signal. when you do get it working, dont turn it off and on, or you will have to do this part again. just keep your phone charged! lol

The better way is to first make sure that ALL WIFI/DATA/3G is all turned off. Then follow steps. In fact you don't even have to turn off iphone, just remove and insert sim.. so long as welcome screen comes up.
