@sofachild2112 If you watch the third season, when Dick apologizes to Mac for the way he treated her, he says that Cassidy really did like her, how he was always happy when she was around, etc. So yes, Cassidy really did like her. Why he didn't hurt her? That probably could be because he had no reason to hurt her...physically. But I'd say that taking her clothes while she was in the shower and everything else, leaving her cold, naked, and alone wasn't exactly...helping her.

WHat I love about this is that you expect the apple not to fall from the tree. the whole season is about Logan being a suspected Murderer and bad guy only for him to make this clear statement he is not. In contrast the good boy of the season is the one to order the murder in the next scene. People expect it of an Echolls but life isn't that simple. Its just genius.

Anyway. Logan really proves how much he loves Veronica. Duncan wouldn't have done that for Veronica. Logan is streetwise, smart, and can get them out of anything.
