the appointment was a film commissioned by the British Equality and Human Rights organisation (it was then called DRC - disability rights commission) and the aim is to make people consider disabilities with a little more open mind (not all disabilities are visible, for example, anyone of us can become disabled at any point in life, etc, etc...)
