you gotta remember too, dbz was supposed to end after gohan killed cell. So the descrepancy about human,saiyan blood making fighters stronger a little shady mainly because it had to be carried on like 90 eps longer when dbz kept going in the buu saga (gohan stopped being thoguht of as the strongest. Toriyama knew humans at younger ages picked up faster and applied it to his anime on how trunks and gohan were so strong.
