@Ragedhard Yep. my brother joined the Army and although physical training was more difficult then you would be use to at home it's not impossible. he's a smoker and trumped most of the non smokers with a pft score of 270 without any prior training. the difficult part was just adjusting to the yelling and mind$#$@ games. the military is all about shaping your mentality. if you don't have a gut and are moderately active your set! body builders eat,sleep,live this lifestyle.
