This program alerts you persistently to purchase the full version and says it cannot fix the problems without you purchasing the full version.

Therefor, The program is classified as a ROGUE APPLICATION/SCAREWARE/SCAM/FRA­UD due to the fact taht it forces you to pay. The conclusion is this:

Perfect Optimizer = Rogue = Malware = Virus

Before calling me a "dodo", you should scan the installer or your computer (if you have installed it) with MalwareBytes AntiMalware. Some rogue's does not contain viruses, Trojans, worms etc........

Rogue is a "crapware" just a bunch of codes (bad software). NOD32 does not detect rogues that are believing to be harmless.
