Shut up, FistDaCuffs, the M16 is my favorite rifle in the game. I hate fully-automatic guns [other than LMGs for covering fire in Battlefield]. The M1 Garand, M1 Carbine, and M14 weapons are my favorite weapons in the real world and in video games. I love semi-automatic weapons.

I love the M16 in this game because it is the only semi-auto gun.

I also like the AN-94 in the real-world, because it has a 2-shot burst. No recoil is felt until after the gun fires 2 rounds. It's amazing, look it up.

the m16 is the best because of the fact that it's semi-auto. it provides accurate fire, and it can be used as a close quarters weapon. it strikes a balance between the m110 sass and the m4 carbine.

It's nice to see a game showing that the M16 is used more in semi auto than in Burst fire.

Considering it's an A4 it would only be able to Semi or burst but some games make it full auto which is stupid. Black ops made the M16A1 Burst when the M16A1 was actually a Fully automatic weapon. If you know how to use it the M16 works pretty well in this game but you do have to stay back, not camp but stay back.

Your right F1sT. I learnt the hard way you can't rush with the Scar-L. There is a delay between bursts. If anything messes up (aim or lag) you're effectively screwed with that gun because you cannot shoot fast enough. Not a very good 3 burst gun.

For COD, if you had the best weapons last you'd never really have the chance to use them because of the prestige system. I prestiged a few times in MW2 and barely used the AK47 because you unlock it at level 70.

Best loadout for a rusher is the PWS w/ silencer, dragon ice camo, buzzard, rpg, grave robber, quick sights, and steady aim. With the M16, I use my turbo controller and yeah buddy its the best assault rifle (same perks as pws class) low recoil, best accuracy and damage

Actually in the Army, you are required to qualify with it on semi. It teaches you to be a better marksman. So its more realistic than people realize.
