When Prue and Piper cast a spell so that people can only answer in the truth and Piper asks Leo if he ever thinks of her and he says "You have really beautiful eyes" and then more dialouge until Piper finally says "Leo what do you think of women who make the first move?" And he goes "I guess I'm still waiting for it to happen" Which is when it happens.
