maybe you are a great Master Chef but you have to lern to make hummus. hummus neans chickpeas in arabic, so whre is your chickpeas. even this is a commercial you have to know what you are talking

The one thing that is not mentioned is the amount of the tahini. It looks like a half cup, can you verify that?

She is using half a cup. You can use half a cup to 3/4ths depending on taste.
