@dbrecs Right, I meant to say 8 not 6. That was part of my point though, because the use of a 6 sided ring has no relevance on the copyright of the ufc's octagon cage. TNA simply made the choice to go back to a traditional ring. I think it was a bad choice because the 6 sides set them apart, but I don't think it was influenced but the UFC at all.
