I actually think that its a pretty good marketing move. Mislabel your song on Youtube and credit it to a famous artist but include in comments or description who the real artist is. You get plenty of views and your name out there. I know the Avicii thing probably wasn't done on purpose but I wouldn't be surprised if someone did something similar on purpose.

the biggest difference is thatthis song is bimodal (2 major busy points with their own big lead ins and trail offs), avicii's is unimodal (only 1).

Avicii also uses a kick, double kick, double kick, triple kick base drum rhythm. This song stays with a flat four (more typical of early house style).

Finally, avicii uses more bottom end in his balance.

Well I don't know who's came first, but I never claimed an untrained listener couldn't notice they're different. Bimodal versus unimodal is certainly a noticeable difference whether you're actively listening for it or not. I would say that Avicii, if he did not originally produce the track, could be claimed to have plagiarized.

However, many artists have stolen riffs, chord progressions, choruses, etc. from other artists and changed around the presentation to avoid "plagiarism."
