I have a nerdy but educated response to "looking over my glasses is making my eye sight worse". I'm assuming you're worried about this because your eyes are getting sore from doing this. This actually shouldn't cause your sight to regress further. What you're feeling is the over working of the muscles that focus the lens in your eye because you keep shifting between your glasses and naked eye. I hope this dispels some worries :)

@AevynneLulzTiem there should be a "Fn" key near your left Ctrl key. you can use it in conjunction with one of the F1-F12 keys (i think it's F5) to force your comp to switch to an external display thus turning off. it may not work though since there isn't an external display hooked up. it's worth a shot, but if it doesn't work, you can try this program out called MonPwr 1.1.5 (download from softpedia since it's safe). it will force your screen to turn off with a hotkey. easy
