lol Ive been watch all the different lemon detox Master cleanse blog videos on youtube and people say they experience enhanced senses and intense dreams, I think the clease makes people more spirtually aware. Jesus & Moses fasted for 40 days to be closer to God. I think fasting is kind of about geting over our flesh and body and not being a slave to our wants and needs for food!
Hey, thanks for being grafic. My wife and I whom are doing the cleanse together didn't understand the Use for Vid E. Websites we read didn't go into details of why we might need it. Now we know. Acid I think, not sure.
Anything I can do to help! Yeah they say it is acid from the detox and it should pass in a few days. I honestly believe it is the cayenne pepper, but Peter Glickman who wrote about the diet says that its not. I am not so sure I believe him.
I'm using the required amount of pepper and I've not had the burns. I'm not use to "hot foods" so it isn't because I'm use to it that I don't feel the burn. You can believe peter because of it were the pepper I'd be burning too.
meanwhile I've just done my saltwater, and I'm holding it in and down.
You might be right. Maybe I am just that toxic. I will have a full report on it later. But Day 3 is by far the best yet! It just keeps getting better!

Actually, I think it has more to do with a person's acidity levels within toxins, but that's about all I understand of that.
